Do you want to learn how to get in touch with your sensuality and eroticism in your new and unknown postpartum body?
If you are in your first year postpartum, join this workshop where a pelvic floor physiotherapist and a sex therapist will guide you to reconnect with your sexuality and be surrounded by other people going through similar experiences.

Babies are welcome! So don´t hesitate to bring your baby and breastfeed. This will be a safe space for postpartum people.

This workshop is for you if...
You are struggling with all the changes in your body after pregnancy and labor, and want to connect with your eroticism
You want to have erotic encounters with your partner but are afraid of experiencing pain or discomfort
You are not feeling sexual desire and want to reconnect intimately with your partner
You are not sure which changes in your sexual postpartum body are normal and which need your attention.
You want to embrace your new you and love your body.

Room: Attic on 5th floor
The venue has elevator access to the 4th floor (small elevator). The workshop will take place in the attic of the building, on the 5th floor, which is accessed by spiral stairs.
Babies are welcome!

In case participants wish to bring baby strollers, these will have to be left on the street level, ground floor, or we can arrange a secure location on the 4th floor.

Non-Refundable Policy
Payment for the workshop is non-refundable. Once purchased, the fee cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances.
Cancellation by Organizer
​In the event that the workshop is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be provided with the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a rescheduled workshop.
Transferable Registration
Participants have the option to transfer their registration to another individual if they are unable to attend. This transfer must be communicated to the organizers at least 24 hours before the workshop commences. The new attendee must comply with all registration requirements and terms.
Minimum Participation Requirement
Please note that the workshop requires a minimum of 6 participants to proceed. In the event that the minimum participation requirement is not met, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
