Conditions for Clients Residing in Spain
In compliance with current Spanish regulations, and while the administrative process for the recognition (homologation) of foreign academic degrees in Spain is ongoing, the services provided do not constitute regulated clinical psychotherapy or healthcare treatment under Spanish law.
If a mental health condition requiring regulated healthcare intervention under Spanish legislation is identified, an appropriate referral will be made to a licensed healthcare professional in Spain.
